Right on time. The guy's were complete professionals, thorough, and efficient. They ran a systems check after replacing parts and completed the oil change. This was a scheduled maintenance if our Generac home generator.

Garrett did a very thorough job servicing my generator. Cleaned up everything after he was done. I would give him a five-star rating. The price was a little high I thought for the job but he did not have anything to do with setting the price.

Corey and James were the epitome of professionalism and personality. While explaining our situation, they listened intently and offered their solution. They returned to finish the project and I rest easy in the fact that my home is “electrical safe” Lake James installed our whole home generator a few years back and their attention to our well being is always taken care of.
