Lake James Electrical serviced our Generac Generator today. It was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time! Communication via text was outstanding, we received a text when we made the appointment, day before and when the technician was on his way with a picture and bio of our technician. He was knowledgeable, competent, polite and arrived during this appointment window. Minutes after completion of the work, I received an invoice via text with a link to pay via credit card, simple and done! Great experience, highly recommend!!!
