"I have had a Generac standby generator for approximately 16 years. It worked well until recently it began to give trouble. Neil Farris of Lake James Electric came and spent many hours working on the generator, often on the phone with Generac Tech Support, all to no avail. Multiple parts were replaced. I ordered a new Cummins standby generator through Lake James Electric and they installed the new generator on 6/1/2021.
