1. General review of installation condition, including, but not limited to, verifying generator location is acceptable, verifying that electrical lines are buried in accordance with local safety codes and reviewing alarm codes and exercise history

2. General review of fuel system, including, but not limited to, checking for leaks, tightening all connections, checking fuel pressure and an overall check for corrosion o General review of the battery, including, but not limited to, removing corrosion, cleaning and tightening terminals, checking battery voltage, conducting a load test with tester and verifying battery charger fuse

3. General review of all generator electrical systems, including, but not limited to, verifying AC output voltage, verifying DC control fuse and checking all electrical connections

4. Oil change

5. General enclosure inspection to apply conditioner and wax if necessary and to clean any oil that may have spilled during service

6. Overall system verification, including, but not limited to, verifying no excessive vibration or noise, inspecting for oil leaks, checking amp draw on each leg when unit is running and powering connected loads and disconnecting utility via main breaker to simulate a power outage

7. One (1) service performed annually

Elite Plus Service Air Cooled
